Zachary just got his formal acceptance from MICA (Maryland Institute College of the Arts). We won't hear about scholarship money for a couple of months, but the admissions counselor sent this note ( Read more... )

He just got an acceptance letter from Ringling. Unfortunately, they are only offering him a 4,000 dollar scholarship. Considering the school is almost 50 grand a year with room and board, I don't see how they think that we can afford that ( Read more... )

Zachary just told us that one of his pieces was awarded a gold medal in a regional competion and it will be hanging in the Montclair mueseum. It will then be sent on to a national competition.

There is going to be a reception at the museum when the show opens. I'm so thrilled for him.
